Bubbles has a hand painted face with blue eyes.  Her red yarn hair is set off with a big bow made from the polka dot dress fabric.  The dress is royal blue with polka dots in many colors.  The white pinafore is the typical Raggedy look with a self ruffle and straps buttoned at the yolk bank with big red buttons.  She has red and white stockings, white pantalooms and black patent shoes.
