Ginny Lee is a 26" sitdown toddler baby.  As you all know, Virginia sculpted a likeness of her baby picture for the 06 Christmas doll.  Since this the same sculpt, she decided to name this first rendition after her nick name, Ginny Lee.  The doll has blue eyes and is dress in a pink voil dress and pinafore.
