Belle of Atlanta is a 36" fashion lady with a vinyl head, bust to waist, upper arm, lower arm and an insert of fabric at the elbow with a soft wire armature so she can be posed.  She has green eyes and dark brown hair. She is wearing a beautiful hunter green taffeta dress and the fitted bodice is in a textured taffeta with matching smooth taffeta skirt. Her capelet in green velvet is attached and is trimmed with gold tassels.
